It appears that the MSM taken twice a day has worked so that my knees no longer hurt when bent for long periods of time, such as in a small car. The pills are pretty large and may be difficult to swallow for some people.

i used to take msm daily, then the pandemic happen and i couldnt find them anymore. All i wanted was plain msm. Ive only been taking these for a week. They are a higher dose than I used to take. The capsules is big but with enough water they are easier to swallow. i used to use tabletd but i prefer the capsules. In the past msm has grown my hair and nails and even improved some joint pain. I'm hoping I get the same or even better results here. I'll be back again.

I like this stuff. Since I've been taking it I've noticed overall all the benefit of how it helps, in joint, skin, hair, muslce and my immune system. I feel more active and able to do all the activites I enjoy. This dosage seems to work best for me. Maybe it can help you too.

It does seem to help with my osteoarthritis.
