Great for hot flash relief! I don't know why more women aren't talking about these supplements. A friend's brother (who is a gynecologist) recommended taking these for relief from hot flashes, and it is the first thing that has actually helped! I have tried 3 different prescriptions and barely noticed a difference. After about 3 weeks, I noticed a definite reduction in hot flashes, especially night sweats, and now after 3 months, they have all but disappeared (knock on wood). I still get a few "flashes" each day but they are significantly milder and no more sweating the bed and changing night clothes! I may have a little "heat" in the night, but I can actually sleep through it. NO side effects. Fast shipping! WIN! WIN!

I am being possibly paid for this review...however this is the second time we have purchased this product. Once on Amazon. We use Red Clover for Hay fever and what seems to be dust allergies. As my teenagers says, a little bit gors a long way. We have found this very effective. One pill helps with her runny nose and sneezing unless we are dealing with a cold. Ahe may take more during the day when she feels like it is picking up more. she has no other health issues or Asthma, so I am not trying to give medical advice.

2 months now and i feel exactly the same. absolutely no change at all as far as being overly emotional, bloated, tired from disruptive sleep etc. actually I take that back there is 1 noticeable, after taking it if i burp there is a gross taste and like heartburn feeling that does go away until the next dose
