In my search for letter vitamins and minerals I started out with multivitamins and, after researching the benefits of each one in the ingredients list of the multivitamins I simply picked out which of the vitamins and minerals would MOST interest and benefit me right now. So, for most people, the interest would be in Vitamins A, the Bs (such as B6, B9, and B12 - although I found a B complex that gives a sufficient amount of all the B vitamins: 1 - 3, 5 - 7, 9 and 12), C, D (some of which is found in Calcium supplements, because the body needs Vitamin D to absorb Calcium), and some people may decide to incorporate Vitamin E into their diet. Some of the minerals, and other supplements that are popular are Zinc, Calcium, Phosphorus, Biotin, Collagen, any of the Omega fatty acids (3s, 6s, and 9s, although there are 5s, and 7s), and so on. As for the Vitamin Tart Cherries, I started out with joint mobility supplements, the Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MethylSulfonylMethane (MSM), but I found those capsules to be some of the largest I've ever seen, even larger than Vitamin C capsules. I have heard of tart cherry juice being very good for the joints, even for gout. So I thought I'd try the capsules as a healthier alternative. This bottle has the highest concentration per bottle, as most would have about 3000mg or so. This has 7000 for 2 capsules, so I just take one a day, which is 3,500mg a day, still more daily than the others. This is on sale right now, so get enough to last you 3 to 6 months in case the sale price ends.

There is no taste to these capsules. They are easy to swallow and I've had no side effects. One a day so should last a while. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach.

Amazing has great supplements for everything. But i like this Tart Cherry for the 7000mg dose so i can manage uric acid..... good stuff .

I'VE BEEN USING TART CHERRY FOR NEARLY 10 YEARS BECAUSE OF GOUT. I'VE USED ANOTHER BRAND WITH LESS MILIGRAMS AND CHARGED TO THIS BRAND ABOUT A YEAR. THIS BRAND HAS ABOUT THREE TIMES OF THE OTHER BRAND. IT SEEMS TO WORK BETTER. IT'S BEEN BETTER FOR MY USE.

My husband loves these. He has Gout and these work really well.

These are a little spendy but work great. My guy uses these to help fight off gout attacks and since taking them has been almost attack free.

I have problems with gout and cherries are good for it. So I eat cherries and strawberries all the time. But I also take the cherry pills as well. They are easy to swallow. I take one a day in case I am not eating one of the fruits they recommend.

For the price, I think this is a good value - over a months supply is in this bottle! Taking this supplement daily for to receive the full benefits is required. If you have issues with gout this is definitely something you should try!
