I take this orally everyday. And use on my skin. I had to order a bigger bottle. It helps with my aches and pain. I also rubbed it on my pain areas. Great product.

Excellent product,
This product was purchased for my aunt, she been using for a week and she see a difference in her activity. Normally she get tired walking to her car but she don't feel as exhausted before. She is average size, not obese.

Can't get past the awful taste and smell
The taste is absolutely horrible, it literally tastes like kerosene or motor oil or something like that. I can't use this and threw it away. I don't trust it with that awful taste.
