For years I suffered from fatigue as a result of a bout with mononucleiosis. No matter how much I slept I was always tired. I felt positive effects from Black Seed almost immediately. I'm sleeping better and I have more energy. I recommend taking only 1 tablet as opposed to two. I experienced constipation when I took more than 1 capsule.

I have tried this Herb for about 1 week now so I can't be sure if it's helping yet. Too soon to really know. But, I'm actually feeling better since I started taking the herb . I feel in time it will be benefit my needs.

I am taking these to hopefully improve my digestion, just one capsule a day. At first I thought they were making me nauseous, but after a week I noticed improvement, so I kept taking them. Then after a while, not so much improvement. I will see how it is after a few months.
