I have tried a lot of different bedtime supplements the taste isn't that great but you're drinking it with water regardless and there's no aftertaste. Just make sure you were going to bed directly after you take them because you start filling the effects in about 15 minutes. Will be buying this again.

Sleep til the alarm goes off!
My husband has been taking these for a week and has slept to his alarm after the 2nd night! After a hard CrossFit workout, he wasn't able to sleep before. No taste.

naturally good!
This is a very natural muscle relaxant which lessens pain and makes sleep very obtainable. I will be relying on this to help me after a heavy day of gardening!!!

Over The Counter Muscle Relaxant
This is not the product that I ordered. The original product that I purchased actually came in a red, blue and silver bottle, not an all black bottle. I chose to try them anyway. They only help a small amount. The ones that I purchased prior to this helped me out tremendously.
