batteries were dead when I received these

The numbers are not as clear as in the picture. In fact a good deal more faded. I also don't know of any refrigerator that had a bar that clip fits on. Badly designed, hard to read and annoying.

Two of the Four thermometers in this package had dead batteries. These watch batteries are not as common as a AA/AAA so inconvenient to replace immediately. Each battery costs about $1.25 so add $2.50 to the cost of purchase. So far (2 hours) they seem to function as expected.

The thermometer does not hang down where you can see the temperature screen. You have to move the thermometer forward to see the screen and it will not move enough to really be able to see the full screen. Not very user friendly. Thinking of returning them.

My 1st shock was that it came with no name brand on it. I thought I was purchasing an AMIR Wireless Refrigerator Thermometer. I don't know what I got because there's no Brand Name on it! Even what you buy from the .99 cent store has the name of the product and the manufacture on it. My 2nd shock was the User Manuel, and I use that term loosely. It was a 4" x 3" slip of paper with the writing so tiny I had to take a picture of it to be able to make it bigger so I could read it. I don't know if it works yet, but it certainly shouldn't cost what I paid for it!

units came yurned on with batteries already in them and when i placed them in my freezers they died within 24 hours. replaced the battery and still couldn't make it in the freezer.

Beware! You may not receive what you order. Rather than the digital thermometers as described and pictured, I received two large dial, stainless steel freezer thermometers.

Dead batteries upon arrival, had to replace. Would have returned these if I didn't need them immediately.
