I ordered these because I've BEEN taking Bayer Back %26 Body for my arthritis pain which is everywhere. (I'm old, OK? Hahaha.) Bayer typically costs around $11.00/100 caps. This bottle of Anacin was $10.89/300 caps! So, that means I got 200 MORE Anacin tablets (300 total) for the same basic price as 100 tabs of Back %26 Body by Bayer. Quite a difference, eh? Anacin contains the same exact ingredients, except that Bayer contains 500mg of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid)...whereas Anacin contains 400mg of aspirin. Both also contain caffeine. Anacin has 32mgs while Bayer contains 32.5mgs. Practically, identical. Anacin is a terrific deal, value wise. And for comparison's sake, FYI? Anacin basically contains the same ingredients as Excedrin....but or just without the addition of acetaminophen (Tylenol). Anacin's the best OTC pain reliever there IS, as far as I'm concerned. It works fantastic for me. And you can't go wrong with the price, that's for sure!

You can't find this item anywhere - other than the horrible WalMart! You place 1 order, and they illegally place an additional FAKE order just to make some extra money. And when I called them on it, they said they will credit my charge card in 10 DAYS?? They are a SCAM and a SCUM. I will NEVER buy another thing from them. 1 Minute to steal my money, 10 DAYS to give it back!!
