The items arrived very quickly and within a few hours of plugging it in did the very thing I bought it for, saved my electronic devices from two power surges in the area. I do wish it was about 50 dollars cheaper, but it is what it is. I'm glad Walmart had it available for me and I appreciate how quickly it shipped and the shipping info I received via email.

Excellent protection for PCs, smart TVs, and any electronics that you don't want to lose power or be damaged by a power outage.

Kept having a power surge problem that was shutting off my modem and Wi-Fi router adjust a split second. It Was very frustrating after installing this battery back up. The problem has been solved. Every so often I hear it click on which means there was a power surge, but it doesn't disconnect my modem. So no more getting booted out of my PlayStation.. I would highly recommend.

it does what it says on the tin. i live in an area there there are periodic hiccups in the power and this keeps me going when the lights flicker.

Item was received within 2 days and easy to install. Had a power outage 2 days later and backup preformed well.

it's ok but it's not a true UPS. it's takea a few seconds for it to kick in and I bought this unit to keep power going for my fiber box and wireless router since it takes up to 6 minutes to power back on after a power outage.

works good but not with a general generator

Received two Defective units with dead batteries. Fake Quality control sticker depicts a August 3, 2026 date for passing tests - a neat trick since today is July 17, 2026.

The unit arrived damaged on one side. The packaging itself appeared excellent and looked completely original but as soon as I removed the protective plastic, I noticed a crack on one corner. While positioning the unit sideways to install the battery, I could also hear a loose broken piece moving around inside the UPS. What concerns me most is that this unit appears to have been previously used or refurbished, despite being sold as a new product. If that is the case, that is extremely misleading to the customer. That is a serious failure in the seller's inspection and quality-control process. This unit inspected inspected properly, it would not have been approved, packaged and shipped with visible exterior damage and a loose broken component inside. Either the inspection was not performed properly or the condition of the unit was knowingly overlooked before shipment. The APC product itself could be perfectly good but receiving a damaged unit that appears refurbished while expecting a new one seriously damages trust in the vendor. That's a big no no (too many red flags). I would not feel comfortable and recommend others to purchase from this seller again

We received this product and it does not work. I tried to apply for a credit but it only says we have to return it to Walmart. There is no Walmart in our town though so I would like to get a credit. I can't see where that is possible on the website. It says returns are easy. This was an online order and it doesn't seem so easy to me!
