I tried these to help me with hair growth post chemo. I've tried other things but I've noticed my hair feeling healthier and my nails too. The pills look big but they're not hard to swallow and leave no taste

this is by far the best supplement both for hair and nails. I tend to have really dry hair which breaks easily, same for my nails. I was using this product for about a month and when I ran out I bought another brand at a local store and will never do that again. I'm sticking with what works. It may be a little bit more money but well worth it.
