Aqua Select Above Ground A-Frame Swimming Pool Ladder with Removable Steps up to 48"

I have a box sitting in my kitchen with pieces for a pool ladder because first of all when it came the box was open there was five stops missing from it we had two old pool ladders in our basement we went down and got the steps from them the ones that his steps works with that ladder that I got sent but I have no idea how to put it together with a thousand little pieces that came with it cuz there's no instructions so like I said I have a box of pool ladder pieces sitting in my kitchen

Minutes to zero provided directions. Took longer than 2 hours to assemble and then had to take apart and reassemble because steps were backwards. States ladder can hold up to 250lbs, however the step snapped when my son, who weighs 165 lbs, when trying to get out do the pool

The item did not work for me and I still have not received my refund for this item. Do not know why it showed that y'all returned it and it's still not credited to my account. I wish you would look into it and release whatever it needs to be released to my account.

I bought this to replace another pool ladder that I had assembled myself three years earlier but had started to rust. This pool ladder arrived with rust on the inside already.Which I was hoping was just dirt. In the picture, it looked very sturdy.But after I assembled it with my husband it feels unsafe once you get to the top because it wobbles with a sway of about eight inches. The inside plastic triangles don't stay where they are supposed to go.And the whole thing is a big disappointment. the directions were almost useless but at least we had a picture on the box to go by.

when arrived the metal poles were falling out of bottom of box, the ladder itself was missing pieces and parts of ladder were stained orange in places. I ordered a new one and obviously i got a used one.

Don't buy this unless you are super handy and have a ton of tools on hand. The assembly instructions were written by a complete idiot will tell you one thing and it will be the total opposite. Then you will need to drill your own hole in a major piece due to not having a hole there and then when you email the company for customer support about said hole not being there they never get back to you.

This is not a sturdy ladder for adults. Very cheaply made. Not great instructions when putting together. Used product five times until one of us tipped on it and now ladder is busted and unusable, and husband is bruised and scraped up. Only thing I like about it is the removable ladder piece, which I didnt get to enjoy because of the cover I have. It is getting returned.

One of the steps broke the first time O used it. I was stuck in my pool before someone finally came to help me out. Ladder was so wobbly that I almost fell. There are no instructions, just pictures that were not much help.

The ladder is a nightmare to put together I've had 3 different people try to assemble this Instructons didn't seem to match It's still not assembled

This was a waste of time! Returning it today! My grandson (50lbs) was getting in and it fell over with him on it. It was wobbly and very unsturdy!
