This cam works for me. Great video, super easy install, you can set sensitivities to motion etc... just an all around good security cam. After the free 30 days , you will need a subscription at about $20 or so a month to continue any features. Live camera is always available without subscription. If i have to critique this cam, once in a blue moon, it misses a motion shot. Besides that, I like it, I bought two more in home arlos and most likley going to continue with Arlo as my security system continues to grow.

Works very well. Super easy to install and use. I recommend this brand and I prefer it over Ring. I have two of these now and I can access both of them in one app even though they're each at different locations. Love the video quality and has night vision options as well.

i love the idea my home is covered completely if i leave my home. i have four tropical birds that are my life. and to know if i leave i have full protection and my home is being monitered is a huge relief.

This latest camera is my third Arlo purchase. I really like the quality of the videos and the fact that you can adjust the length of recording time. It has excellent night vision too. Being able to plug this camera in is saving me from changing or charging batteries.

the camera works amazing you can put it on standby or arm it when you are away from home. the only problem that I have is that the monthly subscription is $10. I have gotten other cameras that are less than that especially for a tiny camera. it says that you get a free month but it doesn't show anywhere where you can get that. other than that it's a good little camera

Works well however I did turn off the night vision due to nonstop clicking. It was getting stuck between dusk and night. There is ample light outside so I still can see very well looking at live camera and notifications. Installation easy. Great for the price and I would purchase more if necessary.

might be user error but I'm not able to get the cameras hooked up to my Smart hub that's my that's my one complaint wasn't able to get a hold of customer service I guess that I have more than one complaint but that's not the product The camera was nice it's great quality picture looks tough well built but the software is giving me problems

microphone doesn't work at all on either camera despite the option being present and on. audio being received to my phone is spotty and quiet, but you cannot hear anything on the camera microphone except an occasional whisper even though I'm speaking at full volume and the audio is all the way up. my second camera is the same. troubleshooting both phone and cameras did not work, not to mention they require a subscription to use anything on the app after a free trial but this is not mentioned anywhere on the box in obvious writing. very sneaky and deceptive marketing, terrible quality product, waste of money and time. returning and telling everyone I know to avoid this product.

The description for this item didn't reveal a required paid subscription after 30 days but it's on there now. Once the cameras stopped recording, i returned them. Besides the picture quality isn't all that good. Half the time the color would not be recorded or was it presented inreal time. Having to turn it off and all the time was annoying. These are overpriced and there are better cameras out there. Buy at your own risk...

This camera is horrible. It is very difficult to set up. The directions are not clear about the set up and then when I put in my personal info I wasn't allowed to remove it. People don't waste your time or Money on this piece of junk! It doesn't deserve the one star I gave it.
