We've been using this for years and can't say a bad thing and it doesn't bother our cat. I was hopeful for this product and it did help the scent, however one of my cats had a horrible allergic reaction to it. He wasn't able to breathe and had to go to the emergency vet. $900 later and he's okay thankfully, but still heating over a week later. I wouldn't risk it tbh, just use plain baking soda in your litter box.
