Small I like it wasn't hard to start up .
My older Arris modem disconnected at least once a day. After swapping out with this new modem, I'm getting my full 400mbs bandwidth, while I maxed out at aboIut 270 on my old one. I'm one happy camper!!
This was purchased top replace a broken modem that apparently got damaged during a storm. After it was determined that the modem was broken, I looked all over the internet for a good deal on a replacement. The Walmart price turned out to be the best, and included free shipping. It was delivered quickly, and was brand new as advertised.
Easy to install. Service and Speed is very good once contacting my local cable company. Glad I purchased.
I had one of these I previously bought a couple years ago at best buy that died on me due to power surges in my area. Bought another one because the interface and spring app are easy to use, and simple to set up, at a price point well worth it.
Works well with my Netgear wireless router. Plug and go.

I'm thrilled with this purchase. I have a two bedroom apartment and I get signal outside in my car. It is compatible with Comcast.
Yrs the item works but item was use prior to me buying. Bags were opened instructions crumbed. Do better and buy some where else
If you have Spectrum. This modem model SB6183 is not approved on the Spectrum modem list and will not be compatible for internet connection dispite Spectrum Charter displayed on the box Neither is the SB6190 (which was being used prior to 6/30/24) check spectrum website for approved list, don't buy modems based on who they say they're compatible with. May still work with other network services.
