ITS AMAZING BUY IT NOW

Jose August 25, 2022

One of the best purchases i ever made, it runs every game i have at max settings. every emulated game works perfectly. And newer games look almost as good as my ps5 if not better sometimes because of the framerate and sometimes the grapgics. if you have a chance to get this i definitely recommend it. it is a steal! and you can upgrade it whenever it gets outdated not like laptop where its stuck the way it is. IMO this is the best investment a beggining pc gamer can make

Amazing Bnag for your buck, with the 8 core Ryzen 7 CPU combined with the NVIDIA RTX 3060 Graphics card you'll be hack/slashing/shooting/racing your way to victory it has 16gb of ram i would recommend upping to at least 32g for next gen gaming other than that this RIG is well worth the cost and also due to slow restocking and hard on demand parts, i wouldn't waste another minute reading my review just buy it! note that the components in this rig are actually worht more than the sales price!

very happy with my second asus purchase

Donna September 16, 2022

the price can not be beat, easy setup, first update blank screen, but with help of support, back up in no time, had updates last night, all went smoothly, hope this asus last as long as my last desktop, which after 10 years still runs, but slow as molasses on windows 7, can now complete the same tasks in no time at all.

Quality and price

Robervp December 24, 2021

Very good product to start with, change some parts like ram memory and a Samsung 4 generation 1TB ssd hard drive. The bad things it has is the cabinet is very closed for the air intake and the fan makes a lot of noise, For the price you pay it is well worth it, I bought it at Walmart in 999 with how expensive the video cards and processors are, it was a very good buy.

Good PC for price, things to note...

B November 7, 2021

Overall good PC for what I am using it for. Other reviews have listed out parts, so not going to do that here. Fans: heat / noise all in line with other reviewers as well, not too much of either to be a nuisance / bothersome. The wifi in this PC seemed to be the root cause of some USB drop out issues that I was experiencing. Any time the wifi would initiate any sort of transfer it would cause my wireless mouse/keyboard/headphones to stop working. The issue seems to have gone away after disabling the wifi adapter in network settings on windows and switching to wifi, so just sharing that info. I also went into the bios (which is it's own dedicated version for the G10DK, it is not truly the ASUS B550M-K board inside this, even though it very closely resembles it) and I tweaked a few other settings to try to mitigate the USB dropouts. I turned off C-States per AMD's recommendation, I locked all PCIe gen settings to Gen 3 as the 5700G cannot do Gen 4 anyway, so changed all from auto to Gen 3. Went under Windows Power settings and disabled USB Selective Suspend as well. All of this combined with disabling the included PCIe WiFi adapter seemed to have mitigated the issue. Hopefully ASUS will push out a newer BIOS update soon that includes the most recent AGESA patch version, (in BIOS is AGESA 1.2.0.2 as of writing) which should hopefully even further help with these USB issues, but sharing this for anyone else who also is experiencing this.

Great value for 2021.

DanielD November 8, 2021

Great value for 2021. As some other reviews said, it's basically a "buy GPU get the whole build" kind of deal at 999. I was lucky to get one from my local Walmart before my online order got canceled. It runs pretty quiet when not playing full-res games compared to my old laptop. Even if at peak performance, it just got a little noisy, and wearing a headset would solve it. However, although it didn't show the GPU and CPU being overheated, I do feel that sometimes gaming performance got reduced. Didn't know the reason, but I'm planning on upgrading the cooling. It only has 1 main 90mm fan in the back according to other reviews. And the CPU fan is pretty trashy also according to them. So I plan to replace both fans, get a better SSD, RAM, and see. Some even said they can add a 120mm fan to the front which helps. I'm wondering how to do that. If anyone know, please leave in the review.

tower works great. only gave it 3 star because support is awful. set the system upand while restoring from a back up the keyboard stopped working. plugged in another usb port and it worked for 2 min. did troubleshooting no go. support wouldnt replace the keyboard said to return the whole system. for a $10-20 keyboard. after all the personal data was put on it. just hooked up an old one that was laying around and no issues.

if you are looking for a desktop for a beginner or a kid this is okay. but for someone that wants to add stuff on the case it terrible. just got mine and now realize they dont have extra room for hard drives or extra fans. super disappointed

bad case, no intake fans

Abi December 1, 2021

Only 1 fan, and that fan is the rear exhaust fan. With bad air intake, and a cheap cpu cooler ryzen run hot, you have a decent chance during the summer months to damage your system due to heat. I personally bought a new case and cpu cooler to fix the problem, for 999.99 it's still a good buy for the components alone, but the case is horrid

Waste of money!!

Chelle September 8, 2022

Nothing on this computer has worked correctly since the day we set it up. Tried several work arounds. Finally decided to factory reset and start fresh. It won't reset.
