I ordered this to replace my 34” monitor, and believe it or not, I like this monitor better than my old monitor. All of the people who complained about the refresh rate either did not have a cable that supported these monitors' refresh rate or straight up lack of knowledge on their part.
Good value for a monitor, my main is a 280hz curved and I needed something with good resolution and a good refresh rate and this was sufficient. If you're looking for a good second monitor or are a casual gamer wanting a decent main screen this is for you.
Ok, First off, Out of the box, when you hook it up and turn it on, the picture looks a bit crappy. DO NOT let this throw you. Once you adjust the brightness and black level, the picture is awesome. I watched a blue ray movie on it and it looked amazing! The single button control takes some getting used to but, once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Another thing I like is, it has sound. Though it does require external speakers. Making it perfect for a blue ray player or, Roku device. and as a computer monitor, it's perfect. It has both Display Port and HDMI inputs. The stand is stable and easy to tilt. In short, WELL worth the price.
Upgraded form two 59HZ none gaming monitor to both LG ULTRAGEAR. tbh very happy for the price and overall build quality. Samsung has always produced stellar parts and items for years and happy to see they are sticking close to old roots. Overall quality of picture was really good again considering price point at the time. a big difference in the upgrades and again very happy about the decision.
Really good quality, very fluid, good option if you want only one monitor, and even with two just used as your principal monitor. Is the one on the left.
My 15 year old granddaughter purchased this with her own money from her first job. She absolutely loves the size, quality and the price was the selling point.
Of course I didn't look at the specifications because I was in a hurry while ordering it, but the title is quite misleading. 1ms response time and 165hz refresh rate in the title but in the specs it says 5ms response time and it won't go past 144hz. It's an average monitor, the pixels are blurry due to it only being a 1080p monitor but 27 inches which stretches out the pixels on the screen. I would say this monitor isn't worth more than 100 bucks at best, and if you can't do 1440p then stick to 24in monitors.
Monitor image is great, the only thing was that it didn't have built in speakers and it wasn't mentioned on the description.
Have not received my order. It's 4 days past delivery date now. I would have purchased from somewhere else had I known it would not be delivered as promised
Worked for maybe 3 hours. Bought as a birthday gift, so that's disappointing. Tried to return, Walmart says no. Contact LG, who keeps disconnecting. Waste of money.
