This is a 10” wheel, which is a perfect size for me, with a wide frame. The quality is excellent. It is durable, supports an impressive 500 pounds and has a comfortable, rubber exterior. It's an added bonus that the interior of the wheel is my favorite color green. It's size also makes it easily portable. I work from home at a desk 8-10 hours a day and oftentimes do not step away even for just a few minutes, which is my own fault. I have been experiencing back pain recently, so was excited to integrate this little yoga wheel into my daily routine. I keep it right next to my desk and have been enjoying the break to stretch my back. I have felt safe using and already noticing a significant decrease in back pain at the end of my work days. I highly recommend the Athletic Works Yoga Wheel.

I thought this product would be better for stretching by back but I don't feel that it works as well as they advertise. Not enough cushion for it to be comfortable maybe for someone who has a smaller back, should be wider
