bought these for my grandmas bday present. she already had the same exact phones but they were years old but still working fine but it was time for an update so i got her these again. same great quality and ease of use. she had a big smile on her face when i presented them to her.

I have health problems, and my husband likes staying in his man cave, so the intercom option on these phones are great so when I need him all I got to do is pick up the phone and page him. and it automatically blocks unknown numbers unless you speak and give your name so my phone is ringing so much less. it's amazing.

This was a replacement for my older phone, same company and generally same features except some technical upgrades such as the ability to couple the phone with my smartphone. The phone worked right out of the box and did need several hours to fully charge but everything works as intended.

Difficult for older people. Especially using the call scan. Call scan is like caller ID. It scans the caller before it makes your phone ring. As soon as it detected that it's not spam,your phone will ring.. you might have to program family and people you know in tour caller directory so it will help your phone recognize people better also.

You charged me %2674.70. When it arrived, the box said “clearance - $40.00”. I felt like I should have been charged the clearance price.

Mom needed a new phone with 2 handsets, caller ID and answering machine, something basic and without too many 'bells and whistles'. I thought all she needed to do was plug in where she wanted the handsets to be and all would be fine -- except it wasn't. Her SIL tried to install but it did not work ... She called Spectrum (her telephone and internet provider) and they sent a tech to try and help, it did not work. He recommended that she look for a Panasonic branded phone. A friend researched the phone and installation, which said she needed a filter, it still did not work ... The whole install process was frustrating and not worth any more time, so she returned the phone and bought a Panasonic.

I purchased this phone for my elderly mother, who is struggling with technology. I thought this would be a great option for her to have a "landline" connected to her cell so we could always reach her and she wouldn't have to change her number. Unfortunately, we found it too difficult to use and figure out the settings. We were hoping for something easy, but this isn't it. The connection wasn't great; voices went in and out. We returned the phone and will just get her a simpler cell phone.

After installation and charging the batteries, the phone rang and the batteries went dead. The phone came with 2 dead batteries. I tried to get new batteries from Walmart but they didn't carry them. I had to order them from Amazon. In addition, I set the ringers to 4, when the phone rang twice, it cut off the call. When I set the time, after a while, it lost an hour as if it was preset for Central time. Instead of displaying the full menu on the screen I had to keep selecting menu and bring up each function one at a time. it takes a while and I didn't get what I was looking for I had to keep starting over until I finally found the function. I'm going to return this junk and order 1 from Radio Shack.

there is nothing I like about this phone the sound sucks always get feedback microphone volume sucks aswell

I bought this phone for my Mom. It was too hard to select the correct key to make a simple phone call. It may have all the extras for others. But, she was unable to make phone calls out. I had to replace it with vtech phone. I missed the return date by one day, because I am so busy taking care of several family members. Not happy with this product.
