bought these for my grandmas bday present. she already had the same exact phones but they were years old but still working fine but it was time for an update so i got her these again. same great quality and ease of use. she had a big smile on her face when i presented them to her.

This was a replacement for my older phone, same company and generally same features except some technical upgrades such as the ability to couple the phone with my smartphone. The phone worked right out of the box and did need several hours to fully charge but everything works as intended.

I had to replace my old AT%26T cordless phone that I got from you as well. The previous phone lastest over 15 years. So when it died I went the website and ordered another AT%26T phone and protection plan. I was impressed I ordered and arrived a couple hours later. Very happy.

I have health problems, and my husband likes staying in his man cave, so the intercom option on these phones are great so when I need him all I got to do is pick up the phone and page him. and it automatically blocks unknown numbers unless you speak and give your name so my phone is ringing so much less. it's amazing.

Great phone! Sound, volume, clarity and answering machine are all good. Has lots of bells and whistles. Love the call blocking feature, and the volume is exceptional. I can't have the volume even close to high, as it's so loud, it hurts my ears. I'm sure it would work well for someone with a hearing impairment. I have nothing bad to say about this phone... Very pleasantly surprised!

Simple menu functions with all the options you could ever need. Easy to navigate the various options loud speaker and good microphone for clear conversations. I love the speaker phone as I have a hard time hearing the talker with it held to my ear. That's not an issue with this phone but with all phones for me. This phone has an excellent microphone and speaker for my needs. Cool ring tones to choose. Large bold font for the display. Looong battery life for when I forget to charge.

This landline phone is easy to set up in a basic way. Adjusting some of the settings is not hard but requires reading the manual for directions. There is an AI voice which informs you who is calling though this at times is somewhat garbled. Screen to see who is calling is large and clear, number pads are larger than average.

I bought this phone for my Mom. It was too hard to select the correct key to make a simple phone call. It may have all the extras for others. But, she was unable to make phone calls out. I had to replace it with vtech phone. I missed the return date by one day, because I am so busy taking care of several family members. Not happy with this product.

The battery life is disappointing. After the recommended 16-hour charge, both phones lasted only about a day and a half without use before showing a low battery warning. The Bluetooth functionality with a headset is also subpar. I tested two different Bluetooth headsets, and both had such low microphone volume that the person on the other end struggled to hear me. However, when I used the same headsets with my smartphone, there were no microphone volume issues. I will be returning this phone.

After installation and charging the batteries, the phone rang and the batteries went dead. The phone came with 2 dead batteries. I tried to get new batteries from Walmart but they didn't carry them. I had to order them from Amazon. In addition, I set the ringers to 4, when the phone rang twice, it cut off the call. When I set the time, after a while, it lost an hour as if it was preset for Central time. Instead of displaying the full menu on the screen I had to keep selecting menu and bring up each function one at a time. it takes a while and I didn't get what I was looking for I had to keep starting over until I finally found the function. I'm going to return this junk and order 1 from Radio Shack.
