This phone is very nice but I needed one to hang on wall but the receiver won't stay on the phone when you hang on wall.It is a very nice phone for desk because it is really made good.Best home phone I have seen lately.

The phone was of good quality and not lightweight where it would slide off the counter. Very easy to use and nice feature was that you could adjust the volume on the handset.

Good sound quality and the ability to turn up the volume is a plus for anyone who is hard of hearing. The phone also comes with an extra long cord, which is very nice.

This is my “emergency landline phone,” specifically for calling 911 in case of cellular network failure. I did test it once. It works fine.

Two senior citizens with hearing aids are using this phone and we love it. Always have had trouble with voice volume on the phone and this is the answer to that issue. Very easy to adjust to our liking.

This is a nice easy to use senior friendly phone. The numbers are big, the ringer is loud. However, I removed a couple stars because the weight of the phone was a disappointment it moves to easily and gets dragged on the counter.

I bought this phone for my brother he is blind. He has easy access to the phone next to his bed he can easily pick up and hang up with no problem. Very stable and not fragile, a good phone

I like that it has some weight to it. Less likely to fall off the table. The phone has to sit on a hard surface, or it is hard to hear. Wish the ringer was not on the bottom, louder, or more shrill. Even setting it on top of some papers muffles the volume. Keys are big and simple for my 88 year old aunt to work. Needed a phone as simple to use as a trimline, but sturdier. So far so good.

The phone was for my 84 year old mother. its what she use to. And she can see the numbers clearly. Overall it's perfect for her.

It's too bulky that it doesn't mount to the wall
