AT&T DLP73510 5 Handset Cordless Answering System with Unsurpassed Range and Connect to Cell (Black)

I am really pleased with this phone unit. It's just what I wanted and expected. I Love how I can just us the base when a call comes in. I am really enjoying these features as well.

I love being able to have multiple handsets around the house. As a mother of multiple toddlers, I am always on the go, so it helps to have a phone close by should the need arise! It's still new to us so I am working through all the features but I love that I can block robo callers with the push of a button and not at each call. To me, that was a huge plus. I don't want to be harassed over a car warranty....I am sure you can relate!

Two of the hands sets don't work. One of them did work when we first plugged it in. But now it has quit too. So I'll give it three stars since we can't use two of the handset. It is also a bit difficult for my dad to understand how to work. He had cordless phones before, but he did not have that call block button in the middle. Nor did he have caller ID. Therefore he could never go back and see who had called. So he doesn't understand or remember how to do that. I like the extra options. He was getting anywhere from 20 to 50 spam calls a day. And he was answering every call , now he doesn't answer any calls because he thinks everybody is spam. He says he will never understand how to use them.

This product is not for anyone with hearing problems. I was deeply disappointed that the volume control on non-speaker phone calls did not go higher. You have to put everything on speakerphone and then put your ear to the speaker if your have even mild hearing loss, especially if the room is noisy. This a surprising design defect in an era where the percentage of people with hearing loss is only going to increase dramatically.

Certain features are too difficult to adjust to like the block button in the center of the handset if you're not careful you're accidentally blocking callers I also don't like searching for the Internet option to call handset to handset I wouldn't buy it again

the menu works poorly,i had an att set before and it was simple to use the this new one is awful. I don't recomend it to anyone

I have not yet attempted to use this product because the package came sealed but inside the box was torn opened and the box was all crushed up. Not sure if the product will work and not sure if it came from the Manufacturer like that or the shipping location but I've never recieved an open box before when purchasing a brand new AT%26T phone set. Not sure if something is broken inside and would prefer to have a new box shipped out express as Ive waited several days for this one.

The phones do not keep a charge, they hang up on their own. These are the worse phones I have ever used. I will be throwing them in the garbage as soon as I buy another 5 handset phone. There is not anything good about them. I did not return them for 2 reasons. %231 I bought online and do not want to go to Walmart to return them %232 I need to buy new ones before I return them. I have always bought AT%26T phones because they used to be the best. I will be looking into other brands as the last 2 times I have bought AT%26T cordless phones they are not any good.

Telephones disconnected after a few words on a call. We thought it was a problem with the phone company and had them come out three times to fix any problems. The problem continued. By the time the phone company had checked out the lines, 30 days had passed, and Walmart refused to refund or exchange even though the phones were defective. My 92 year-old mother Had to have phones and we had to replace them. Tried to return 46 days after online delivery and Walmart would not take them back or give us a credit. Very unhappy that my mother's circumstances were not taken into consideration when the phones were defective.

This was a replacement of an earlier version of the same system. The tones do not work when you need to respond by entering a number response. I will replace this with another phone system.
