Great value
Nice zig zag cleats for mounting on a kayak. Some initial tests show that they hold rope tightly in place and releasing the rope is done in one smooth movement. I haven't actually gone out on the water yet and use it to tie my anchor line to, but I am cofident that it will work fine! One comment: these cleats come in a package of two! Even though the picture indeed shows two cleats, it was not clear to me from the description. I needed two and ended up having four.... Even if it would have been just one unit for the price, it would have been quite a bit cheaper than what other retailers are asking for it. However, with getting two for the price, it is VERY cheap.

Works for me
I put them on the kayak to hold my anchor while fishing. Ive never had one break and they hold up to a significant amount of weight. Mine did not come with screws but it wasn't hard to find some that worked
