Real simple to use and built well.
I use the Scotty anchor lock for my canoe. It allows for easy one handed deployment of my anchor. It gives the option of just where I can place or manage the weight in my boat

I have a Bass raider 10E boat and they fit perfect on the front and rear.

Perfect for inflatables
Works well on my Sea Eagle STS10 inflatable fishing boat. Small, light weight, and fits securely into the rod holder sockets. I added a Scotty 242 Rail adapter to the motor mount bracket for an additional anchor point. Simple easy quick release and positive lock for anchor rope

Works great, now I can control the bow anchor from the stern. Best of all, made in Canada, not the other C place.
