Audubon 24114 Classic Hummingbird Feeder, 12-oz. - Quantity 1

Spent a lot of time researching a hummer feeder to replace the chintzy leaky glass feeder I had. Chose this design as it seemed leak-proof and also seemed very easy to keep clean. Both of my hunches are holding true. And my hummers are back! So far so good!

We have had very bad luck with hummingbird feeders leaking, after reading the reviews I decided to try this type of feeders. We bought two and we love them. Had hummingbird come up to the feeders within a very short time. They don't leak and have an ant mote . Yay!

This is such a pretty feeder. Easy to use and clean and popular with the birds. We have it hanging on the patio protected from sun and weather.

This feeder is ideal! It doesn't leak like the top feeding ones do. I only had it out for 2 days when a mated pair of hummingbirds found it. Today one of their young ones came. He spent most of his time sitting as he's just learning to feed himself. I love that it has a clear base so I can see more easily when it needs to be filled. I saw a few hornets drop by it but they walked around the bottom of it and didn't find a way to get the nectar. They gave up. VERY pleased with this!

I love this feeder and my hummers do too. Its very easy to clean and fill. You can't go wrong with this one. Just do the very little maintenance and replace the nectar you make yourself when it starts to get cloudy. Your birds will love it. Enjoy... I own one and just ordered one for my sister in law!

For the price, great Hummer feeder! Hummers perch and drink. Also has interior moat ring you fill with water to keep ants from getting to feeder ports. Easy to fill, and has solid metal extension with hook for easy hanging. Will buy another before season ends.

I was having such a hard time, or should I say the hummingbirds were. So many bees would cluster on the feeder. I tried less sugar...didn't work. So I did some research on the problem. This type of feeder was recommended. Works perfect! No bees! I always try to put this solution out there for ant problems on feeder....At the top where you hang the feeder..put a barrier of vaseline, Works like a charm. The ants can't pass.

Very simple to fill. Took a few days and the addition of some flowers to attract the hummers. Very simple to clean.

I didn't buy it until the end of the season so I haven't got to use it much. I do like that it holds a lesser amount and the liquid is at the bottom instead of flowing down from the top. This is the main reason for purchasing this style because I have been having a lot of problems with bees and ants. However I do sit mine on the deck rail so I can watch from my window. I do think it helps with leakage causing more bees and ants to be attracted. Also I picked this one because there is no yellow on it. I read that the yellow attracted more bees too.

The feeder was received after 5 days with the package intact. Upon opening the cardboard the feeder was attached with ties and the hanger, which screws into the feeder holding the unit together and allows it to be hung, was missing. The ties were attached to the cardboard but no hanger, rendering the item useless. I called and chatted with Walmart.com. The purchase was made through a third party "Home Innovations". I agreed to have them email me within 24-48 hrs. They did email me and unfortunately another week has passed and I still have no resolution. I have emailed them pictures of the defective(?) Feeder, packing slip and the label on the box. This is the first, and hopefully the last time, I have had an issue with Walmart.com. It would seem to me that a quality control problem exists. Although Home Innovations may not be the manufacturer of this product, they are the reseller and should know if items they are selling are complete or not. Certainly i would think the person placing the item in the box would notice 2 empty ties on a disc feeder cardboard. The cardboard clearly indicates a hanger. I'm not happy and neither are my hummingbirds.
