I was always against $20 yoga mats bc come on but my yoga studio is on the roof and the roof is rough so i needed the cushion. Not only do my knees not hurt anymore but there's more grip (i used to take my socks off). Not a need but definitely a good want.

I bought this mat to do back exercises on. It is quite comfortable and I like the elastic band that holds it together and acts as a carrying strap. I recommend it.

This yoga exercise mat is DEFINITELY high density!! I will purchase a second one because my teenager took this one!!!

If you are looking for a yoga mat that provides plenty of cushion this one is great. I am very happy with the mat and the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it can be slippery during hot yoga classes, but this can be remedied by using a yoga towel on top of the mat.

although the mat is very comfortable to do your exercises on. I am very disappointed that it did not come with a black rope carrier, so I am not able to carry the mat with me. poor customer service
