only had less than 24 hours but the one thing that really stands out is it's on but very quiet .

I wish I would’ve got it a little bit bigger but I like it. It’s OK.

I ordered the 2.5. I received the 1.8. I messaged the seller. I got a response back that the external is 2.5 and the internal is 1.8. That was not described in the product description. I am requesting a partial refund and I am currently waiting on a response from seller. I will post an update as soon I get a response.

Don't Order from this Company they are Dishonest/Deceitful AND Delusional. I ordered/paid for and expected a 2.5 cu. ft. freezer. I instead received 1.8 cu. ft. freezer. I informed Walmart customer service who contacted Auseo. Ausro responded via email (paper trail) that they did send the correct freezer. I was asked to send a picture that clearly shows their error but Auseo's stance remained the same. I was clearly dealing with a dishonest company and poor customer service. Clearly surprised, I quickly Requested a total refund and was told that I would be sent a return label. I agreed for FedEx to pick up the freezer on 11/4/25 after 3:30PM. due to my being out of town over the weekend. On 11/31/25 FedEx showed up to my door unexpectedly, I had no label so they wouldn't accept the freezer. I informed the parties via email (paper trail) questioning their intentions and to adhere to original pick up date and time. I was then told (via email) that a label wasn't available and if I would consider a "partial" refund.. I responded NO, and still expected FedEx on Tuesday the 4th as agreed. While out of town I received another email suggesting a 30% refund, which I did not respond. 11/4/25 came and went 👀. Today is 11/8/25 and still no Return Label, FedEx or Communication from Auseo. 😡 DO NOT do business with these people! Dishonesty IS indeed the deal breaker for my doing ANY future Business with this company. I guess the 1.8 cu. ft. stated ON the box is invisible 😡... Customers are supposed to stupidly imagine they see 2.5 cu. ft. freezer on there since Auseo says it is... I THINK NOT! 😡

Never received the correct freezer, so I couldn’t tell you about it. Customer service has been jerking around on refund and won’t take item back. The actual freezer is 1.8 cubic feet. Steer clear of ordering from this seller because they’re not going to properly deliver the correct product.

I would like a refund on this purchase. The freezer makes a very loud noise when it kicks on. There’s no telling how long it will last. It honestly sounds like it would stop working anytime soon.
