Hamilton Beach 15.6 Cu Ft Side by Side Refrigerator, Platinum Stainless Steel Fridge Freezer for Kitchen, Home, Office

My big bulky fridge with the French doors and freezer at the bottom, freezer door broke on me and I had to tape it back and buy a standing freezer to compensate for us not having a freezer. I still used it until I was able to purchase a new refrigerator. I didn’t want a refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom anymore. I had my eyes on the one with the hub, but it is pricey. And i wanted something now, I got tired of looking at all the duck tape and it would randomly leak on my kitchen floor. This one popped up on my Walmart app and for the price I had to look at the reviews. I seen the negative reviews and pictures and was skeptical. It was between this one and one with the freezer on the bottom from Walmart. So on a hope and prayer, I picked this one! And I couldn’t be more happier! It came from CA to NY in less than a week, it came exactly on the day they said it would arrive. It came in one box fully assembled, it came at 11am from a 8a-6p window, the driver started to place it in the driveway but my son came out with a dolly and he brought it around to the front, he helped my son put it on the dolly and my son brought it up my 3 little steps into the house and the delivery driver was nice enough to help. Reminder I have no obstacles in the way, it’s a straight shot into my house and he was nice enough to help. My son unboxed it and set it up. No issues what so ever! The led display and functions work! No dents or anything! It’s nice, sleek and modern. I was shocked that it is taller than my old one but it is more narrow side to side and front to back. Im keeping my old one in the garage for holding holiday food, because it will not hold all that type of food in big rostering pans and stuff. But I DO LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR! I’m tired of having all these big and bulky appliances, so this was right up my alley! Sorry for the long review

I was kinda skeptical at first cause my really nice french door fridge went out. I bought this one to save money and it seemed pretty basic. But once we got it out of the box and set it up it was a lot nicer than it looked in the picture. Turned on immediately after plugging it up, cooled quickly, and so far has been a good running fridge. Definitely worth the money and it even makes a boise if you don't close the door all the way.

I fell in love with the look of this fridge. The sleek design and the stainless steel look sold me. It’s quite tall in person, but isn’t very deep or wide on the inside ( reverse TARDIS vibes) so, I gave it four stars for that reason alone. It cools great and freezes fast. I like that the panel to control the temperature on both the fridge and freezer is on the door and the door chimes if it’s left open for too long.

Worst customer service ever drop everything off and just leave it at the door and don’t bring it into your apartment. Left it with my doorman. Did not deliver it to my apartment. Worst customer service ever we’re supposed to call me in advance to have someone here to be able to bring it in and have it leveled and put it together or plug it in or whatever they’re supposed to do at least not drop it off and expect me to drag it upstairs.

My fridge was delivered with a dent on the side and walmart refused to help me get a replacement. Said they would only give me half my money back and to order another one. Absolutely not right.

Wrong time of delivery, was outside the home for several days as we were not home in January when ESTS delivers. We could not claim the damage on time, as we got the order when we are not at the home. So we like to get the damaged items finally picked up, I called at least already 5 times, no one cares. But we get a penalty from the city for the trash outside our home. Your 2 Fridges, delivered a week earlier, damaged and not picked up again. It is really a disaster. On call there is no competent person who can make ESTS move to pick them up and refund our money !!!

Completely stopped working in just 32 days. A waist of money. All of my food ($400 worth) and breastmilk (over 100oz) went bad on my first dayback to work. Put me in a real crappy predicament. I was very upset and stressed out. (Also, the interior was way smaller than expected)

Refrigerator arrived damaged. Walmart was to arrange pickup/return/refund with an expedited pickup. A week and a half later, after multiple calls, radio silence from Walmart. Contacted the assigned “pickup” carrier; their computer system has been “down” for over a week. They said to keep calling back. Today, despite continued system errors, they scheduled a pickup 5 business days out. (Why they did not do that last week is a puzzle.). Still no word from Walmart. If this is expedited assistance, I would hate to see the non-expedited. Had the refrigerator not been damaged, its measurements were a perfect fit in the kitchen. I have no comment on use or quality, as we were not able to use. Multiple reviews mention damage with delivery, so either they are sending out the same damaged appliance for all orders, or the unit is easily damaged and the styrofoam packing is not enough to protect it. In either case, check it carefully- the back lower corners were bent on mine; one side so warped that the refrigerator would not level. I will think twice before ordering an appliance from Walmart again.

I ONLY HAD IT FOR ABOUT A MONTH WENT TO WORK CAME HOME AND IT WASN'T WORKING LIGHTS ARE ON BUT NOT KEEPING MY STUFF COLD AND FREEZER STOPPED AS WELL EVERYTHING DEFROSTED I LOST ALL MY STUFF IN THE REFRIGERATOR NOW HAVING TROUBLE GETTING IT FIX OR PICKED UP..

upon the days of owning the refridgerater it stopped working over night after the month all my meats were tender and ice creams melted. call customer support and they said " don't want to say yes, but yes your money was lost and when purchased the "warranty" is 2 days for returns and the month frame of having it is not valid"
