Softer than sonic ice or chik fil a ice. My lady is anemic and craves the stuff. We should've bought one a long time ago but it's held up well for three months so far and well worth its' price and then some! If you're thinking about it: get it! We bag up when it gets full and pop it in the freezer.

perfect sized ice does take a while to make a whole bin of ice maybe takes and hr or so I store in a ice bin in the freezer it will all stick together what I do is add a layer of ice top with some baking paper folded add another rlayer etc it makes easier to break apart after it settles in the freezer if it's a huge block stuck together it will stick together somewhat even with the paper separating the layers of ice so I take a knife to break apart again once it does but it works..and so much easier if it's not a huge block of ice and have plenty of ice for my coffee daily:)

i am so happy to have little ice pieces for my drinks and for tge upcoming summer its going to work overtime. lots of beverages to stay cold and for us to be cooled down. its quiet and easy to clean. i love that it sits on my countertop and makes it eady to access it by a covered tray. i recommend this ice machine.

Its pretty quiet, the ice is soft like the well known fast food drive in. It lets you know when its time to clean it. we returned a different because it was SO LOUD. This one you can hear it when its making ice, but its still quiet. and we dont hear it when the basket is full and its not producing ice.

love this ice. It sits on my kitchen cabinet. my ice maker in my fridge went bad and I didn't want to purchase a new fridge so I went with this. I wish it made more ice at a time, but I didn't want to pay more for a larger one. So it is the most bang for my buck! it is a bit noisy!!

I purchased this ice machine to replace a working nugget maker because I wanted sonic like, small, easy to chew ice nuggets. It did not disappoint. Easy to chew ice. Kinda loud when making ice but tolerable. I store the extra ice in a ziplock bag. Reservoir is an acceptable size. It would be great to NOT have to pour the water directly thru the generated ice resovior.

This is our second countertop ice maker - we bought this one (Euhomy) due to the nugget ice feature, fast ice making, and compact size. It was well protected in shipping between the corner protectors and well formed styrofoam. But performance wise, it pales in comparison to the other brand we bought (Vibofrost - more expensive, though). The Euhomy may be defective, so we're going to return it for a replacement -- it only makes half a basket of ice and leaves the water reservoir 3/4 full despite following all troubleshooting steps. Bummer, because the ice it does produce is "sonic-style" and the machine is quieter than the Vibofrost. But the ice production is anemic. If the replacement works correctly, I'll update the review and chalk this up to a defective product.

so it does make perfect little nuggets but my ice maker never got full and it just keeps melting after the ice is put in its tray. im super disappointed in this. i figured id give it some time but no its junk. cant return now its been to late past returning point

Got this for my sister for Christmas. She followed directions when setting it up and it makes random annoying loud noises and has to be unplugged. They need to reinvent this thing. Its a cool idea however the machaine cant handle running and not ruining all the time.

The machine is loud , we have an open concept home and our kitchen and family room are close you can hear this machine kick on and off ALL day long . It's not a quite kick on either , it hums loudly and the ice seems to melt quickly causing it to mar more all day long
