Softer than sonic ice or chik fil a ice. My lady is anemic and craves the stuff. We should've bought one a long time ago but it's held up well for three months so far and well worth its' price and then some! If you're thinking about it: get it! We bag up when it gets full and pop it in the freezer.

easy set up. i did a vinegar wash before using. used the clean function. after set up, the nugget ice doesn't take long to make. had the machine long enough where the machine told me to clean it. i used the self clean function, washed everything with hot soapy water snd refilled it. works great

got this product on sale for 100$, was debating it to be honest but once upon arrival %26 set up, we loved it so much. my whole fam uses it 24/7 fills about 4-5 cups once at max ice capacity, does take maybe 45 to an hour to max fill but for the price it isn't bad at all!

I am so impressed with this pebble ice make, it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. First of all, it is incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for me. I really liked this product in the beginning, but it didn't last very long. It started leaking water during the ice making process. Just all of a sudden, it broke. It isn't worth what I paid for it. It had some really great reviews, but it was very disappointing in the end. I would have been better off with a cheaper brand.

This ice maker was amazing in the beginning, but it recently just quit on me and I haven't even had it for 2 months. I decided to purchase it because not only was it a variation of the type of ice I wanted to make, but the price was to hard to pass by. I ordered it back when it was on pre-order for $98. I didn't have it on everyday or anything so I am not sure what happened. I unplugged it one day because the lights were flashing on it continuously and it wouldn't stop nor make ice anymore. Once I unplugged it and plugged it back up, it will not come on at all anymore. Would have been great if it had lasted longer. I'd like to purchase another one, but not sure that i'd be doing so since this one is no longer worker after not even two months.

This ice machine is fine if you don't need much ice and don't need it anytime soon. Although I love the texture (like Sonic ice), it's extremely slow. A gallon size bag/bowl of ice takes hours and hours to achieve. I can recommend this machine, but only with these caveats.

I've had this ice maker for two weeks. It started making a very loud squealing sound after 5 days so I cleaned it with a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water and it worked fine but slow making ice. Several days later it started squealing again so I repeated the cleaning procedure with no avail. It continued squealing.I watched quite a few YouTube videos , most recommended taking the machine apart and cleaning the pump, but I have severe arthritis in my hands and am unable to take the machine apart, not to mention voiding the one year warranty. When it works properly, it makes great ice. I bought this machine because my wife likes crushed ice and has spent about $5.00/week buying ice at Sonic. We just had to go to Sonic for another bag of ice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ICE MAKER!

First, it is noisy. Second, when you drain the tank, the water goes everywhere. Third, I need the ice to keep my water bottle cool most of the night and it does not. Lastly, it took 40 minutes to make about 2 oz. of ice (see photo). The ice is great but I will return it.

so it does make perfect little nuggets but my ice maker never got full and it just keeps melting after the ice is put in its tray. im super disappointed in this. i figured id give it some time but no its junk. cant return now its been to late past returning point
