If you know how to adjust a bike, then assemble it yourself and know that everything will need some adjustment before you ride. If not maybe pay for the assembly. Nothing on the bike is tuned to your body or to normal adjustments that all bikes will normally need. For the price though, it is great.

it's a very light bike the pedal assist has auto speed where you don't have to pedal or hold the gear down after certain amount of time but the battery sucks as soon as you start riding it goes from full to 90% full as soon as it's turned on The battery is my only issue other than that it's a great bike oh the last issue 5th gear and fourth gear goes the same speed

Be very cautious of potholes with these wheels. Even the smallest of deep potholes was enough to completely pop the back tire of my back. Other than the tire quality it did its job while it lasted. Took a 10mile ride to work everyday and always made it back with a bar of battery to spare. Good bike sad it couldn't hold against Mass roadways but overall good purchase.

The bike works fine BUT I ordered a blue bike (more expensive) and received the cheaper black version. Walmart contacted the vendor on my behalf ,Apr 30, 2026. I was told to expect a response within 48 hours. I have not been contacted at all regarding this matter and do expect, at a minimum, a refund of the difference between what I paid for a blue bike and the cost of the black bike that I received.

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE! I bought this bike pretty excited for a reasonably priced e-bike. On the first ride parts started breaking off the bike. First thing I noticed was the brake rotor was badly warped. I reached out and the company was very willing to help. But then the chain guard snapped in half, the pedal arm broke, fender brackets popped off. Tried to return the bike and customer service has been refusing. Now expects me pay to ship this massive box back. Not worth the trouble. Pay a little more for something that won’t break down right away

I bought this came in a week later thrilled to use it used it as a test ride for the night went okay rode it again day after for a but not 4 miniutes in this happens. Over 400 dollars and this "mountain bike" tire and tube fall out of place and the handle bars hit my knees to much scammed out of the 400 bucks it feels like and walmart says its not in their policy to return it. They stated it was broken even though everything else works decently.

Do not buy from this seller. Product is misrepresented as being for adults. The bike is tiny. Maybe for a small ten year old. Seller won't process a return. Tried to credit me $150. Then told me they would charge $180 for a return. I will dispute w/my credit card. Walmart customers deserve better. These other reviews must be compensated because the size and quality of the bike is subpar

This company really sucks. It took me forever to get a innertube because the back tire came flat and then they tried to blame it on shipping. They take forever to answer emails. I went on their site. Tried calling the number that was listed and is not in service. Now I’m going to Walmart to return it.

Returning in one day of arrival and they don’t return money on time. They will try to bargain with u. Bad experience. U can’t return this product in Walmart because how the seller has created policy and seller will reply in 48-72 hrs at their own ease.

It already comes with a factory defect and they don't exchange it, I bought it and it never worked, and it took 1 month and they don't want to make the return, they want me to find out the defect to send the part. Absurd. Terrible don't buy it's no good
