Back to the Roots Organic Radish 'Daikon', 1 Seed packet

Germinated in just a few days in my raised beds. Can't wait to eat these. Growing fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are of great quality! I had these sprout in under 1 week. I am in zone 5, now is not the time to be planting outdoors, so I started inside with a small "greenhouse" I created with a plastic food container. The seeds are doing great, I haf every one of them go into a seedling. Im quite impressed as thats not usually the case. I plan on keeping these I side and upgrading to a larger planter as needed until I can plant outdoors in the spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Back to the Roots Beet 'Detriot Dark Red' are delicious. They are easy to plant. They need full sun,3 inch spacing. Its takes 1 to 3 weeks to germinate. And 59 days to harvest. They are a deep dark red color.

I am familiar with the brand name.We love fresh beets and they have so much nutrients.It is cold outside so I decided and wanted yo try to grow the seeds in doors.I like to include my 5 year old as a activity I think all children should learn and participate. The seeds came in the mail and I cant wait to see them grow together with my kids.I like Back to the Roots brand because it is usda organic and 100 percent guaranteed to grow.Fresh is the best and I am happy with this brand.I have received this product in exchange for educational purposes and my honest review.I cant wait to enjoy my fresh beets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to plant! I placed it into a small player . 1/2 inch into soil. I was very surprised to see it sprouting after a few days. I'm excited to try them. I'm looking forward to making Beet potato salad with these juicy red beets Detroit dark red beets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do lots of gardening and was happy to get Back to the Roots organic Detroit dark red beets to test. I really enjoy growing beets and heirloom varieties like the Detroit dark red are really excellent. Unfortunately I got these tester seeds a bit past the normal growing season, so they didn't grow big enough by the time I had to write this review to really judge how good the beets are. But they are a great variety in a nice package with clear instructions and are the perfect addition to your home vegetable garden.

As you can see from the photo, my seeds didn't sprout. I'm not sure if they had enough time to grow or if it was user error. I believe that they would grow well under the right conditions though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary packet of Detroit Dark Red Beet Seeds from Back To The Roots through Influenster in return for my honest opinion. I am an avid gardener, and it would be better to start the seeds indoors this early in February in Utah, but I decided to wait to plant them outside due to space and that I have pets who love to dig up potted plants unless I put a cage around the plants or I find another way to keep them out of reach. I can cover the seeds at night with plastic until the danger of frost is no longer an issue.
