I use this product in my salads. It gives a great taste of mild garlic and adds a sweetness to the dressing on the salad. Since it is minced you can grab a few forkfuls and spread it over your salad. I know there are more uses for this and I Wii be looking for more ways to utilize it. There is also a paste that can be used in various ways. Great product

This is great stuff. Almost taste like caviar

Very sweet and has a nice garlic aroma and taste but isn't strong like regular garlic. If sauteeing with it then paying attention to it is a must as it will burn quickly if left alone. Adds great flavor to dishes but isn't as overwhelming as "plain" garlic. Will buy again.
