Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 20 oz

A great dippable sauce by itself, or if you have spring rolls, it's really good mixed with the Thai peanut sauce. If I mix the peanut sauce in, I add more peanuts, OR sometimes add crunchy peanut butter! The hoisin sauce smooths everything out JUST right.

I had never tried Hoisin sauce before, but this was an ingredient in a recipe I was making. Now I find myself adding it to all sorts of things! Refrigerate after opening. I purchased it for Asian chicken Lettuce Wraps, but really enjoyed it on a quinoa and chickpea with chicken dish that I made the other day. I've been adding balsamic, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and this Hoisin sauce to all sorts of things for added flavor and it has certainly inspired me to cook at home more.

wanted something to enhance ramen and got this and Chile oil today both from the same brand and they are both outstanding, I think they are probably pretty versatile but I'm not a great cook and just plan to use them mostly on ramen and occasional Chinese food, highly recommend, huge upgrade for cheap ramen

LOVE this stuff, but I have to be careful of the sodium. I use it to perk up vegetable dishes. I have to cut it with water so I can use less. It doesn't take much to take stir-fry or steamed veggies from bland to better. The one thing I hate is that the top gets all gummed up. Even if I remember to clean the lid after each use, that sticky buildup is annoying.

I received high praise on my chicken dish created with this sauce. The chicken was marinated for 12 hours using this sauce, fresh garlic,soy sauce, chili paste, and green onions. Then sautéed with additional red onions, tofu, and tomatoes for about 8 minutes creating a caramelized presentation. Was served over a bed of jasmine rice. The sauce is medium thick, fragrant, hint of sweetness, and a little bite of pepper. I would highly recommend using beef, chicken, or pork for that dish with no leftovers.

First time ordering this product and so glad I did. It tastes great and easy to use. I use to buy another brand with much less ounces and twice the price. So pleased with this purchase. May I repeat it taste fabulous!

now this I got for the whole family we like doing our own ramen noodle Pho bowls. not not only is it a healthy meal but it's all so satisfying and feeling

It's great on chicken, beans, pasta, ster fry. Out of the bottle it tastes a little like licorice, But when added to food it takes on a delicious taste 😋.

Delicious ingredient for Asian style meat dishes. Scramble ground turkey or pork, add this and some water chestnuts, wrap in lettuce and/or spring roll rice wrappers. Just as useful as teriyaki but for different dishes.
