Seasoned Rice Vinegar/Great for many uses!
Love the seasoned rice vinegar. I use it in many recipes. 1- with honey %26 red onions blended to make a lovely salad dressing to rival raspberry vinaigrette. 2- mixed lightly in sushi rice, for a great roll. 3- many stir fry recipes call for a bit of vinegar %26 it is also a good substitute for marin sweet vinegar.

Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar.
Great stuff. Love the sweet tang in this seasoned vinegar. Nice touch of flavor in fresh made cole slaw. Yummy in tossed salads. Super touch in marinades.

Dumpling Dipping Sauce!!
Just the best...I was buying this at the grocery for way too much so I decided to get a case. Here's a quickie recipe for dumpling dipping sauce: 5 TBSP soy sauce, 3 TBSP seasoned rice wine vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil (yes I bought this, too), 1 TBSP thin-sliced green onions - mix all in tight-lid jar, shake well, store in fridge, use to dip your oriental dumplings. OOOOH! AHHHHH! Good stuff. jh

Sweet and tangy, good for sushi!
This is my go-to seasoning to make my sticky rice for my sushi. It's got a light and sweet tangy flavor. The price makes it a good value too.

Sweet not acidy.
Nakano's rice vinegar is a sweet, mellow vinegar. It really has no sharpness to it but leaves the food with a good tang. Besides my cooking, I put in my dogs food at breakfast, and they love it, so I tried it myself, and yes this is a vinegar you could drink yourself.

it's yummy. I'm not as big a fan of seasoned vinegar as regular Asian vinegar, but it does it's job nicely on some English cucumber slices for some bibigo
