It makes for a delicious steak with a hint of lime you can make it a more savory seasoning instead of a tangy one by adding additional onion and garlic powder to what dish you've already added it to. It already has onion powder, garlic powder and salt in it and the salt is the perfect ratio combined with other spices.

i use this to make a Mexican lime blend. it's hard to find lime flavor in a dry spice. this works well since McCormack quick making their Tasty fiesta blend.
