Uniquely flavored
This mango and pepper spice is unique and flavorful. I must say be careful not to inhale as it does pack a punch. It has a tropical and Caribbean flavor. The mango creates a sweet and fruity flavor with a spicy peppery kick. Both collaborating in a unique and flavorful way that brings out meats, rice dishes, and a topping for fruit. A little goes a long way. I also used this spice for marinating my meat for grilling.

A lady making tamales on Facebook, uses this. It's not easily found, so I had it shipped. This is was an excellent recommendation. I used it on chicken.

Stand out seasoning
This stuff is pretty great. Strong unique sour/mango/umami flavor. I can't wait to try it in more kinds of dressings/sauces/dishes. I was looking for something to season dishes that wasn't spicy, peppery, heavy on onion or garlic and this has impressed me quite a bit. If you're on the fence give it a try, it's fun and different.

I thought for sure that I was going to love this seasoning. Or some reason, everything I put on tastes like it's spoiled! It's taste really bad.
