Ball Dissolvable Canning Jar Labels: Box of 60

These are great. Used for my homemade jam, love that they dissolve in a wash so you don't have sharpie all over the lid . Plus I love the cute little design. I ripped two labels when I had to untape them but I still managed to use them for my own personal jam. Everyone at our Sunday Share were surprised that they are desolvable, nice added surprise.

I do like that I can write on them and they do come off easily. They stay put, don’t get me wrong. They are also extremely easy to remove when you decide to. The part that I kind of don’t like is when you apply them, they can get a little wrinkly around the edges. I understand that it is probably because the jar is obviously round. But because of all of the other positive attributes, I will keep using them!

I use these to add additional info on my canned items, for example "spicy" on a jar of pickles. Wish they were consistently in stock at my local Wal-Mart but they are only on the shelves during spring and summer.

After waiting all summer finally showed up on shelf this month was sold out. Only tip is to remove them as soon as you take freezer item out come right off. If you try and wash them off this not the best way to remove, leaves adhesive and sticks on sink sides.

love the labels easy to use on glass ... I am also using them for pantry boxes and baskets. Great for RVers who are always redoing organization.

excited to try the dissolvable labels!! Have you ever tried to get labels off a jar?? Takes forever!

Ball canning jar labels- they're really cute, they stick pretty good when they actually stick, sometimes they don't....I could have just gotten an old batch. I do wish they were a little bigger, hard to write much if you're using a Sharpie

The labels are very thin and stuck to the backing very strongly, so it’s difficult to peel off for use. The packaging has no built-in way to keep the next label ready so I improvised. The end label is attached to the roll with a glue, which caused two of my 60 labels to be destroyed when I loosened it.

I recently got into making my own jams and bought these to label them. They are a nice size for jars and have a simple yet pleasant design. They’re easy to write on and stick well to the jars. I knocked off one star because they don’t dissolve well. I ended up having to take an alcohol wipe to remove the remnants of the labels and some of the residue left behind. Not a big deal, but slightly inconvenient.

These left a residue and it doesn’t come off with soap and water. I have soaked them but the residue remains.
