Beautiful 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker, Cornflower Blue by Drew Barrymore

I had the 14 cup maker and loved it. It is a beautiful design, lots of flexibility in options, makes great coffee. However, I accidentally broke the carafe over the holiday and was stunned that they don’t offer replacement parts. Seriously, things break! They would not send me a carafe even if I paid for it . They said they only make complete sets. I looked for a carafe that would fit but reviews of suggestions were fraught with issues as nothing truly worked. I did buy a whole new coffee maker but I feel the manufacturer needs to make replacement parts available. Things break and they do get compensated for the parts so it’s a win win. Drew, do better!

I just replaced my Beautiful Coffee maker that I've had for a year with this newer model. My complaints with my old one were: The metal latches inside the water reservoir started to rust, the coffee would spill everywhere and make such a mess when pouring, the glass the pot was made out of was so thin and fragile (and eventually broke which is why I had to buy this newer model), the spring on the filter basket would pop off while washing (I almost lost it down the drain a few times), and lastly, the display buttons are super pesky and the functions were unclear (we would just push buttons and wait to hear the sound of brewing). BUT, I am happy to report that with this newer model, the makers of Beautiful have listened to a lot of the complaints and reviews. Not only is the coffee maker a sleeker, smaller design, but no more metal hinges inside the water reservoir, and the coffee pot definitely pours better! (I'm still trying to determine if its a thicker, sturdier glass). I don't believe they made any changes with the touch button display though, as this morning I head my husband pushing buttons again until he heard it begin brewing. But overall, I am happy with the new, smaller design and glad that finally a company listens to their reviewers.

Coffee maker is a bit difficult to set up , the lid when pouring leaks, I've found it best to hold lid with other hand when pouring. It looks nice and so far makes good coffee.. I've read a lot of reviews about the Beautiful line many complaints...I also have the Crock Pot and small Air Frier, I have no complaints with either of those except I should have gotten the bigger Air Frier.

No matter what I do, how fast or slow I tip the carafe….i am guaranteed coffee all over my counter. The only reason I gave it a 2nd star is cause it is pretty. But I 100% would not recommend unless you personally enjoy cleaning your counters after every cup. Going to attempt to turn.

I absolute leaving bad reviews. I think this is such a pretty coffee maker. However it’s awful. To program it was extremely complicated. The worst part of the coffee maker is that when you pour the coffee it leaks all over. I wish I could return, but it’s opened and used now. So disappointed.

I really love the Beautiful Brand! Not this coffee maker. Very sad. I have poured a many cup of coffee in my life. Out of 20 pots of coffee from this maker, I have only been able to pour 4 cups of coffee without it spilling all over the counter. I’ve read this is an ongoing issue. The screen on the maker is confusing .

Beautiful blue color and love that it stays warm for 4 hours but this thing leaks no matter what we do. Filing it up is a pain in the butt it always leaks everywhere no matter what we do. Filing up the water, pouring coffee etc it leaks everywhere. Going to replace it for that reason alone, I am going to have to replace my coffee bar if I don’t replace the coffee bar as the hot coffee leaks all over the wood.

I bought this coffee maker for my fiancé for Christmas. Everytime we use it, we cuss at it a little bit. No matter who or how you go to pour liquid out of the pot, it leaks everywhere. Slow, fast - coffee/water is everywhere. We’re already ready to throw it away %26 havent used it for a month.

This coffee maker is very cute. But I wish now I would have bought a different brand. It makes coffee just fine, slower than some I’ve had in the past. The carafe lid is loose. So when you pour, you have to hold it closed tightly or water/coffee will leak and get everywhere. Pouring water into the back is odd as the opening and lid design cause you to not be able to get all the water in without water spilling. I’ve had to use a funnel, which is a pain. The basket doesn’t hold a lot, and it is stubborn to clean every single time. Wishing now that I would have just kept my keurig.

I really wish I would have went with a different coffee pot. No matter how careful you are, coffee leaks every time you attempt pouring it in your cup. The programming feature never seems to work for me. I’ve tried it multiple times. The constant beeping every time you press a button is beyond annoying. I start work at 4am and trying to stay quiet and not wake up the entire house while trying to enjoy a simple cup of coffee is impossible. Do yourself a favor and go with a different option.
