Beautiful Griddle 12x22 with backsplash, White Icing

I was very surprised when I opened the box. It was larger than I thought it was and beautiful! The surface was textured perfectly so everything comes off instantly. The temperature is distributed pretty well…better than most but the outside corners about 1 1/2” in, are a little bit less hot but still works very well. I think that it is to ensure no melting to the exterior though, which would make sense. Also, it’s only 1/2” from the overflow drain line around the griddle so it doesn’t affect the hot surface area at all. I can cook 9 pancakes (325°) at a time and 4 grilled cheese sandwiches (325°) on that large sourdough bread, an entire pack of bacon, several sunny side up eggs (at 275°), easy over at 300° and at least two 3-egg omelets at 325°. The dial is hard to see for old people like me but it is easily adjusted to the temperature that you want with the dial. It suggests turning it to off and then unplugging, leaving the dial in until cool because it will be hot if you try to pull it out by touching the hot griddle. There is a normal degree of safety with use but, follow the directions for no issues. It comes with a grill guard you can put on the back for easy flipping but for some things, you may not need it … but it does look pretty cool in front of company. It’s great for burgers, sausages (slice the curved links in half to get a better sear since they don’t roll well), hot dogs, sausages, naan bread, Pajeon (Korean onion pancakes), etc. Breakfast is easy for us on this griddle. We’ve figure out that we can use a dumpling steamer basket to steam foods on it like veggies etc as the wood will not scratch the surface. The only issue we have is figuring out where we’re going to keep it when not using it. Don’t toss the box, it doesn’t come with a cover. I did but, we toss a towel over it when we put it away (once cooled). It is big so we put it on top of our fridge. I’m looking for a cover so when I figure out what I can use, I’ll come back and share. I’d promote this 100% and we love ours. Maybe they will offer up a cover for storage at some point.

I love the size of this griddle! It’s a bit bigger than most. I store it on top of my fridge. The grease guard is a really nice feature. The griddle cooks evenly. It made cooking bacon and pancakes easy! The grease catcher is nice. It was easy to clean. Most griddles have odd slants to them or grooves but this one does not! I couldn’t be happier with it. I have had many griddles over the years.

Love the cornflower blue color! Im addicted and having buying all the appliances in this color. I use this for big breakfast mornings so far and it works great. Love I dont have tons of dishes to clean and I can cook all in one place! Also its very easy to clean!

Beautiful is a great name for this griddle! I ordered this not to cook on but to use in my art studio for encaustic wax painting. The surface is a dream, smooth and easily cleaned. The temperature is steady and right on the mark. The price was a bit higher than I had intended, but compared to the other less expensive griddles I am using, it is well worth the price. I will definitely order another one in the future when replacing my existing ones. I have no doubt that if you are using this griddle in the kitchen it would be perfect and bring beautiful results. The only thing I would suggest be changed on this griddle is the temperature dial because it is a bit hard to see. Perhaps they could change the color of the dial and the numbers on the dial to make it more visible. But, overall I am delighted with this purchase.

I LOVE this griddle! I usenit when we have company to cook on instead of taking out a bunch of pots and pans I just make breakfast on this and sometimes lunch if we are just doing burgers and dogs on the griddle. NY winters are tough to use your grill outside so the griddle it is! It is a little tough to clean but overall I would buy this over and over

Very Affordable, great quality, large cooking surface, easy to clean, heats up fast. There as so many things to cook on it, not just pancakes. It is harder to store since it is larger than regular griddles but it does fit perfectly inside a standard size stove oven for storage.

We have had this for a couple months and have used it numerous time. The back shield is simple but genius. It really does keep grease from splattering. It's also very easy to clean. A bit large, but we wanted a large one to make food fir a family of 7. Over all, I think the this is an excellent electric skillet.

I am having so much fun cooking on this griddle for myself and for company. The only thing that bugs me is not being able to read the numbers on the. Temperature dial. I’m going to try darkening them with a black felt tip pen. I may put a red dot on the most used temperature. It is easy to clean and it’s nice looking even though pink isn’t one of my kitchen colors

Loved how it looks, but first one arrived in perfect box but was broken. Second one I loved until I started cooking bacon on it. Grease pools in tracks on sides in the front corners and will run over before going to grease opening in middle. I have to take a tool and run the grease to opening. Too high in center it seems. Bad design!

This was pretty. I bought it for the size and the color but when I received the first one, it was broken so they returned it and sent me a new one and it came and was great until I noticed a small chip in the coating on the cooking surface and when I plug it in it pops and sounds like it’s gonna explode the colors pretty and I love the size but it’s not worth 50 dollars I think they have a lot of bugs to work out in their items
