My son and I both have these for our lunches each day. I really appreciate the materials and the durability of the product. We have had my son's for over a year now and even though he is rough with it it is still going strong. We also have the snack boxes for him and my younger son which I also very much appreciate.

This is great. Researched a lot of options but came back to this one and glad I did. A lot of people complained about the latch. I agree it is tricky but once you learn the “trick” it's fine. Not sure if it will last over time, we've only had them a few weeks. My 8 year old can manage the latch no problem, 5 yr old has trouble. Love the stainless, no plastic, no leakage from one container to another, dishwasher safe, flat profile, food cup sizes and total volume. Those features are perfect for my kids.

I looked at a lot of different options (and even bought another first) before landing on these guys. They wash pretty easily by hand and fit in the dishwasher without too much trouble. They are a nice size, they close tightly. They are the best of the non-toxic material category bento box for kids I found. They also seem really durable and will hopefully be with us for the long haul.

We love these lunch containers. They're great for the size that we need right now. I like the extra rubber insert. We did find that putting them in the dishwasher can make the colour peel faster (if you get a coloured one), so we just hand wash them!

This lunchbox is amazing! We have had the plastic Bentgo lunch boxes in the past and after a school year of dish washes the plastic warped just enough to make it hard to put back together. This stainless steel is the perfect solution! No warping, and the configuration inside works best for my kindergarteners lunches!

These are wonderful. We have only ever used the bentgo chill but the thought of the plastic every day kind of started to get to me. These are larger but can fit in the same lunch box diagonally a bit and an ice pack under them and they're cold all day!

Great lunchbox, doesn't leak! - have bought one for each of my kids. I wish wish my daughter hadn't accidentally thrown the silicone container in the trash when she cleaned up her lunch. Would be nice to have a few of the silicone containers included :)

While I love the functionality, stainless steel, and the size of this box, I question its durability long term. I typically hand wash it, but have washed it in the dishwasher twice. It's marketed as being dishwasher safe but does recommend hand washing. We're so early into the school year and I've already noticed chips in the purple coloring on the top of the box after coming out of the dishwasher. I highly recommend they stop marketing this as dishwasher safe because while it technically IS, it will wear down the coloring. Other than that it functions well, is non-toxic, and is easily handled by my eight-year-old.

Not a dealbreaker, but I prefer the older version of this lunchbox that had the clips attached to the bottom of the tray. It felt easier to close the lid and then pop the clips up to secure the lid instead of the clips flapping in the way of closing the lid. We were very happy with the durability of the lunchbox we are finally replacing after 4+ years of daily, rough kid use!

Disappointed in this, especially for the price. It looks as expected, but is far too difficult for a pre-schooler or kindergartener to easily open or close. And it doesn't easily fit in a standard kids lunchbox (my fault for not measuring the inside of the box). We have two of different sizes and it's too big for both. I should have kept the packaging and returned.
