I've been using coffee pods for a few years and missed the taste of fresh brewed coffee.im so happy I switched back to fresh brewed , you not only get the taste of a great cup of coffee but you also smell the coffee in the kitchen . This coffee maker works wonderful , it's easy to set up and clean. This coffee maker is fast .

I am a little confused, the description shows: Easy to Clean The electric percolator coffee pot comes with a stainless steel filter and piston tube that are easy to clean, eliminating the need for paper filters. However the directions are showing you need filters- which is it?

It requires special filters otherwise you get coffee grinds in your cup???? nothing was mentioned about this except for a tiny thing in the directions. Why not have it in the pictures and provide a couple when you buy it, along with a clear warning to not brew without a filter. Where and what kind do I even need because the standard coffee filters do not work in this percolator. Help!

The Coffee Percolator was well packed with protective papers on the separate pieces. It however came in a shipping box only and was so hard to get out of this box that it tore. While the coffee percolator is pretty stopped there, Function is truly the most important concern. The stem that goes into the bottom is not stable. And after Only one use it had marks on it--I think that was preowned. The cord was also loose and not fully wound around the base and was too short, also.. As mentioned earlier I strongly suspect that this coffee pot was used. I thought I was buying a New item. More so, we would have to hand wash the filter and stem and not sue the dishwasher and if I correctly recall from the advertisement this was not mentioned--and indicates that the filter and stem may be aluminum. And, yes there is more, the percolator top is hard plastic and Not glass! Looking back at the description it can be seen that tricky description is used. And. setting this up for a return, it was almost impossible to get this back into the box and the Fed Ex return window was from 9am to 7pm! I had to call Walmart to contact Fed-ex to have a better time window for this item. It is almost impossible to call FedEx directly and get past the automatic system that will hand up on you for asking for customer service! It is hoped that I never by from this vendor again. It was not worth the hassle and time.

NICE COFFEE POT EXCEPT FOR THE PERK VIEWER TOP IS PLASTIC !!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT THE COFFEE POT ON 4/2/2025 AND THE PLASTIC PERK TOP IS STRIPED OUT IT IS NOT TIGHT ANYMORE !!!!!!!!!!! NOT LEAKING YET BUT THE PERK POWER IN PERK TUBE IS MOVING THE PLASTIC VIEWER TOP !!!!!!!!! WISH IT WAS GLASS !!!!!!! AND GOOD LUCK FINDIND A TOP THAT WILL FIT IT !!!!!!!!

After 2 days the light on the warming base started turning on in the off position and smoking if I hadn't been standing see. It immediately there would definitely have been a fire. Prior to this experience I was excited about the new design for a percolator so hopefully it was a singe unit defect!

This coffee percolator lasted exactly one month. I took good care of it. It worked all right and then suddenly was unable to percolate. I tried several times to get it to work but to no avail. I'm very disappointed and I just threw it away. Very poor quality.

Definitely looks like a coffee maker you'd see in the Royal Palace, shiny and all. But! And I repeat BUT! .. On my first test use, the black plastic bottom band has signs of water seeping on the top areas where it clearly does not fit correctly. Small gap areas along the top of the plastic show water inside the gaps. No water should be visible or seeping anywhere on the outside. This leaking super-hot water getting through will soon cause the black plastic to fail or malfunction .. and we can't have that! Not impressed at all.

Do NOT buy this cheaply made coffee pot!!!! Have not had this product more than 6 months and the lid started leaking when we poured it. Come to discover the ring around the cheap clear PLASTIC lid was missing pieces already. Never put in a dishwasher always hand washed and used only once a day. Manufacturer won't help you..they don't care. They want YOU to BUY another lid!! Poor quality and completely disposable garbage!

Buyer Beware! I bought the BENTISM 12-cup percolator hoping to replace my old plastic coffee maker with something fully stainless steel. The listing suggests it's mostly stainless steel, but that's a bit misleading. The internal well—where the heating happens—is actually made of plastic. That was a big disappointment, especially since the product photos don't clearly show this part. In my opinion, that lack of transparency feels a bit shady. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I ended up returning this and spending more on a unit that's truly 100% stainless steel with no plastic components inside.
