Berberine seems to work fine!
Have not been taking long enough to really know results, however, as of yet not experiencing any unwanted effects. Easy to swallow but there is a bitter taste to the capsules.
It works. Helps to bring down my blood glucose.
I purchased this supplement in hope that it would positively regulate my blood sugar. Instead, it gave me awful digestive problems for days! I had to stop taking it. Even then it took days before the problems went away. After researching, it's said digestive issues are a side effect. Now I know.
