I love to use this for cooking. It keeps things from sticking to the pan.

I've also been using it for roasting vegetables and air frying, and it's been really convenient. I use this to sauté asparagus and garlic, oven roast vegetables and also use to bond spices to chicken for grilling… tasty, not dry and lightly browned. Only negative is not enough in the aluminum spray bottle for the price. BUT… I love it so I buy it.

Used this yesterday when I cubed an eggplant for roasting. Sprayed the cubes, added seasoning and cheese ( some people like nutritional yeast instead, nice nutty flavor), roasted to browning and where I had planned to use this in a recipe, I ended up eating the eggplant for dinner and the rest for lunch today, just as it was roasted. This olive oil spray is the best by far of all the brands I've used. Will make it my go to from now on.

Aldi has a better, more economical option. This is pricey per ounce...And the sprayer has stopped working the pady two times purchased. Fingers crossed this bottle will be *emptied*

The oil itself is fine. But when it comes out the pressure isn't strong it's not a spray, more of a spritz. So the oil doesn't evenly get over my pan unless I spray a lot.

I've bought this a couple times now and the nozzle does not spray it's like a jet spray instead of a shower spray and is almost unusable.:( Fix the sprayer.

I bought two cans based on the 4.7 star reviews by other customers. This did not work at all for me as a nonstick spray the way PAM does. My food still stuck to the air fryer grill on both occasions.
