They are small white tablets that are easily swallowed. The bottle contains 240 five milligram tablets so it will last a bit. It says they are made from all natural ingredients. I'm looking forward to seeing results.

I have only been taking this for one week. Maybe joint pain is better, but will know more in the next few weeks. Will continue to take daily.

I'm pretty sure this is either fake or underdosed boron. I have taken this supplement in the past from previous brands and with this brand, I don't get the effects I have had in the past. Disappointing.
