Bestair Humidifier Filter

ive only ever tried the equate brand and bestair brand filters. the bestair is more expensive (i think only by 3 or 4 bucks) than the equate but lasts longer. i only use the humidifier in the winter months (ohio) but i use it 24-7 during them months. i just rinse the filter every night before bed when i refill the humidifier and it lasts a whole month and i can even make it last 2 months if i thoroughly clean it weekly but im not sure if ur supposed to wash the filter in dawn dishsoap but i do weekly. hope this helps. i would definitely recommend. the box came packed with filter material for some reason lol

dries out quickly, stains with hard water

We ordered 2 filters. Only received 1. It was not packed in another box or bag. The shipping label was stuck to filter box. Messaged the company twice about only receiving 1 filter. They said they would get the 2nd sent out to us right away, but still haven't received it.

I like the product and ordered 2 box with 2 filters in each box. I actually received 2 boxes with 1 filter in each box. I probably could have bought a new humidifier with very little more money.
