I am 48 and was struggling to remeber things I have only started taking Cognizin about a week ago and I can remember things , numbers , I am also thinking fast , absolutely love Cognzin, would love to purchase vitamin tablet that offers citicoline, DHA together

I am taking it for anxiety and depression for a few weeks already. But I am taking full dose 1000mg a day only 3 days. I feel my thinking is getting much better. Sleeping seems getting better too.I do not feel any side effection yet.I will continue to take it. But my problem is I do not know how long i suppose to take it. it should be a few month or one year or the rest of life?

I have parkinson's disease, so my neurologist said that I should take 1000mg of Cognizin Citicoline a day. Bestvite is the only one that I found that I wanted to take because it has less fillers and and comes in 500mg instead of 300mg. I take 2 each day. Have been taking it for over 2 years with no problems. I do think that it helps with my mental chronic fatigue.

I am 83 have tried a much advertised product with little effect on my declining memory. Cognizin had a marked effect and it still does after taking it for 6 months. I'm sure it can't permanently alter my decline but I'm very happy with the delay of decline.

While I can't say I've conducted my own double blind study, I actually think this stuff works. My observation, which could be due to hope and/or the placebo effect, is that my memory did get better within about a month of starting taking the recommended dosage. And when I cut back to 50% dosage, it seemed my memory wasn't quite as sharp. I'll never know for sure, but memory and intelligence are both foundational to human existence. If you can afford it, I'd recommend it.

I've been taking Cognizin for two weeks and so far my memory is improving, my mind is focused and clear. I have been taking citicoline for several years and found it to be a great improvement in terms of my mental alertness. My husband is the one who's taking. The product was recommended by my husband neurologist because he said that it's good with other medications. I'm no sure, I don't see any progress.
