I Love them, But I will never order any more cause when I order on line I expect the to be shipped to me. I can hardly ever make it to Salem to get them %26 you charged me $10.00 to bring them to me %26 wanted me to tip the driver on top of that. That's wrong in so many ways.

Due to past experiences with store bought 'mocha' items I had little expectations for the taste of this. But I decided to give it a try as I was looking for something to work for a cake filling. I have to say I was super surprised by the taste- it was delicious and lives up to the name. As a bonus once it's set it would perfect for cake layers, a nice and creamy stable mousse

I was worried the portion with only 1.3 cup heavy cream would produce a small amount. But it makes a lot. It's super dense, luxurious cream that has a heavenly texture on the tongue, like an expensive dessert feel. The flavor is so soooo nice. I wish they had more flavors of this!! I would love a white chocolate one . Have the plain chocolate in my cart now! The balance between coffee and chocolate in this is perfection.

This Bettergoods Mocha instant mousse is just amazing! I already tried the chocolate flavor and my family loved it. It's so easy to make and has a fine taste and texture. I served plain and also used on cake topping. Make sure you don't over mix it, if happens, just add more plain liquid whip cream and carefully mix/incorporate it with light strokes to eliminate the butter texture. For a coffee lovers, add one tsp of instant coffee powder to the mix. It's DELICIOUS!!!

Shockingly FANTASTIC. ONLY use heavy cream-will NOT work with anything else. Creamy, aburdly good flavor (chocolate too) and almost pie quality, but lighter. Would make a great piping mousse in pastries.

Is this as good as a chocolate mousse made from scratch? No, BUT for a "chocolate mousse" that takes no work and 3 whole minutes to make, and costs so little it is absolutely wonderful. The texture is silky, pillowy, creamy, and light. very close to what a mousse should feel like. The flavor is rich, chocolatey, and absolutely indulgent. This mousse manages to capture the bitter coffee-like notes of good chocolate that balance the sweetness. Absolutely wonderful dessert for the price. it is great on its own, but could be used for pie filling, parfaits, icebox cakes, etc. one packet only makes about a cup, so you would probably need a couple packets for a pie but this, with an oreo crust, and whip up some more of the heavy cream with a little vanilla and sugar for topping, and shaved dark chocolate on top. maybe a few cherries. bam. perfect summer pot luck dessert.

This stuff is phenomenal! When I saw how small the package was I was afraid it wasn't going to make much, but I was wrong. It made a good amount and was so incredibly good. Will definitely purchase again!

Easy mousse to make! It was tasty and I will make it again. I think it should have a larger serving for the price point or have inclusions included as well. A packet of chocolate flakes or sea salt flakes would make it an all star dessert!

First of all, the directions were not correct. should be beat on low 1 min., beat on high 1 min. Sets up really fast but you won't want to eat it. Tastes like something is missing then the aftertaste, what is that? Had to brush my teeth.
