BioAdvanced Home Pest Control Indoor & Outdoor Insect Killer, Ready-to-Use, 24-Ounce

I recently moved to this building and the management is horrible about extermination. I've purchased other poisons that did not work. This stuff works! I see a huge difference since I began using it last week. I will continue to use this brand from now on.

This item I think was discontinued from the manufacturer however Walmart dose still carry it I have used it before and was very satisfied however this is the thrift time I purchased it from Walmart because they kept canceling my orders and I did not receive this exact item but, something like it I was upset not receiving what I ordered but accepted it without complaint because I was just happy to receive what I got and needed it. Also had to advise my sprayer did not work.

We have bought this item and it kills insects and stay for long period (unless you washed the place). However its spray nozzle does not work at all!

The sprayer is broken, It didnt come sealed just plopped in a box, They did ship very fast. I'm on the fence as to how well it kills roaches not on contact anyway, Have yet to SEE the dead ones, there is usually a sign of that, There is no smell to it really. I will keep using it just have to put in a different spray bottle, so we shall see how well it works,

Garbage! Sprayed the same area twice within a week and the Ants are walking over it like its not even there. Don't waste your money on this buy Raid.

Installed pump as per directions. Trigger was so stiff that it had to be pulled back after each stroke. Only got about half a pump on each stroke. Pump sprayer was the reason I bought this product, but I will select a different brand next time.

I thought the continuous spray battery-operated applicator was a cool idea. Then I tried using it. You'd think 4 AA's to operate a tiny pump would be pretty powerful. It started out semi-ok, but within 5 seconds the spray was reduced to a trickle. I tried letting go and squeezing again, and the same thing happened again, but without as much starting strength as before. I tried replacing the included cheap batteries with Duracells, but the same thing happened again. There is no way I can spray a 3 foot band around my foundation as directed. Can't rate its ability to kill bugs.

This stuff has been useless in killing spiders and preventing them. I sprayed the outside perimeter and windows of my home plus the entire downstairs of my house. I still find living spiders a few times a week. They look unfazed by this spray. Also, it takes several minutes for spiders to die once in contact with this stuff. So what's its purpose if it doesn't kill on contact and it doesn't prevent? Raid Max Spider

The product I was able to spray (about 15 to 20 pumps) took care of the any problem I had, however when I to use it again a couple of weeks later, the sprayer won't stay primed. Need to return product to Walmart for a replacement.
