It took over a month to see results, but it has softened my hair, made it more manageable and made it grow faster than usual. I recommend this, if, for some reason you can't get what you need naturally from your diet. I cannot say for sure if it's a miracle supplement if you're looking for more drastic results. It can also take a bit of time to actually kick in. And as said on the label, it also supports your skin and nails. My skin has been smoother, plump and less prone to breakouts and my nails are now strong enough to withstand my habitual biting of them 😅

False advertising
It does not contain 10,000 mcg of Biotin (Vitamin B7) as it shows on the Supplement Facts. It only contains 5,000 mcg.
