This is a great value for the amount and they work really well. However for me personally, I experienced some GI issues, but the product itself is great its just that im finding my body does not like any inositol. But your body is different so its definitely worth trying.
This product helps control sugar spikes. It is a helpful tool along with my diabetic meds to keep my sugar under control.

I got these because I have focusing issues really bad. They have helped me focus on my mind stay on track for the past week and a half now. Also Have kept me in a really good mood! Excited to see what they really feel like after I really get them in my system for a few weeks
I can feel the difference between Life Extension Inositol and the cheap inositol that I used before. Don't cheat yourself, I recommend Life Extension whenever possible. #sweepstakes
Have not used this particular brand for long, but it is more concentrated than others I've tried. The previous one I had used was a serving size of 4 tablets and this one has a serving size of 1. It makes the ease of taking it much better and cheaper to take it.
The bottle of Inositol arrived with seal under the cap already torn off and the cotton that should've been on top was pushed down into the side of the bottle. Didn't want to risk taking these.
