Birch Benders Plant Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix, 14oz

My child has multiple food allergies (egg, dairy, all nuts, soy, sesame, fish) and these are a lifesaver for us! They dont taste exactly like a normal pancake but the consistency/texture is very close. Main difference in taste is its not quite as sweet and has more of a cinnamon (not spicy) taste, I like them, and they give my kid protein which he sometimes lacks!

You know how natural stuff can often taste like crap and it drives you to cheat because you just can't get that amazing flavor of the original, but unhealthy version? Well, I was super happy with this because it actually cooks and tastes like the real thing. Don't be thrown off by the “Plant protein” name….it actually tastes amazing. Add blueberries!

My kid is obsessed with breakfast food, and doesn't eat enough protein. These taste great and are easy to make. Mom of the year. Boom, five stars.

These are super easy to make, delicious, and full of protein. I love that they are vegan so I can enjoy them as a treat for nice weekend breakfasts.

The item arrived and the nutritional information now differs. What's pictured on the website is what I currently have left over from the last time I purchased but not what arrived in this latest order. The new packaging is much lower in sodium and the protein is less as well; all around different nutritional value. The site needs updating to reflect this.

I gave one star because I paid a lot of money for a real small bag and the bag is way cheaper inside of the store. I was not satisfied plus your shipping delivery, people or terrible.

I am surprised by the review for this product. I wasted an entire bag trying to get it right but it never worked out. I am not new to the kitchen and it did not matter what I did (the recipe line for line, adjusting the package recipe, different pan, different liquids) they always came out raw in the middle. I would suggest saving your money and just making them from scratch.

Cooked these on a nonstick pan with a ton of oil on the lowest heat. STILL just stuck to the pan and had to throw them all away. So frustrating.
