It is almost a caramel-type sweet taste. If you love the taste of delicious dates, you will love this handy version. It is sooooo much better for you than ANY other sweetener. You will love it. Date Lady is the best brand of date syrup by far. I am thrilled to see that WalMart carries it. :-)

I love this so much. I sweeten all my beverages with it (since date sugar will not dissolve.) It dissolves in hot liquids better than cold but if you whisk it for a minute or two it will blend even into cold liquid. Try it whisked into some milk - so good! Can be used in baking in 1 to 1 ratio for any liquid sweetener (honey, molasses, etc.)

I use this date syrup every morning to sweeten my coffee. In my opinion, the taste enhances the flavor of my morning cup of Joe. It has just the right amount of sweetness and the squeeze bottle is perfect for dispensing the syrup. I also use it for sweetening fruit when I make sorbet in my Ninja Creami. I like that it has a small amount of potassium and magnesium (2% each). I have this product on auto-delivery.

I use this item on oatmeal, drizzled on apple slices and often times in my baking. Think pumpkin pie, etc. It has a subtle caramel date flavor that compliments many foods. It is low glycemic which is why I tried it in the first place. One bottle lasted a long time!

The date lady date syrup is very healthy compared to other sweeteners, I use it instead of honey and maple syrup which are high in sugar content, the sweetness level isn't overwhelming however my only complaint is how much liquidy it's compared to other brands, it requires using larger quantities in recipes.

This date syrup had a metallic or chemical taste, which irritated my tongue. The bottle came with two large dents in it, so maybe the plastic chemicals leached into the syrup. The only ingredient is dates and I don't have a sensitivity or allergy to dates. I use date syrup by another brand all the time that doesn't have that off taste like this one does.

It's a serious shame that this product 's bottle is very non-user-friendly. It drips all over from the mpment you open it. i have 1 unopened %26 I will not go through all that hassle %26 inconvenience again, so I shall return it for a refund. I shall buy my date syrup from Publix from now on.

Perfect for iced coffee. Lasts well. Pretty concentrated flavor and sweetness so it only takes a little.
